About Us

Fifteen years in the green industry around Ooltewah, TN.

How It Started

Our company started as “Two Rivers Lawn and Landscape Management” in 2004, a one-man show lawn mowing business in Cleveland, TN. Over the course of ten years, Two Rivers grew and gained knowledge in both turf care and lawn and landscape management. In 2014, we saw the opportunity to better serve our clients in the Cleveland and Chattanooga areas by providing specific turf care services, such as hydroseeding. Forever Green of East Tennessee has been providing quality service ever since.

Turf care is a deep passion of ours as we watch the grass grow and weeds die! Whether you are looking for lawn care services in the spring or aeration and overseeding in the fall, our team is here for you year-round. Our reliable crew goes all over East Tennessee from East Brainerd to Ooltewah to Cleveland! With over fifteen years in the green industry, we have truly developed a deep passion for and experience with turf care.

Forever Green of East Tennessee Terms and Conditions

Payment
When you have accepted an estimate, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information into our Customer Portal. This must be completed before your first service can be scheduled. Your chosen credit or debit card information will be encrypted and stored in a safe and secure electronic payment system, to be used only by our company for the purpose of collecting payment for services performed by our company. Payment for lawn treatments will be charged on the following Wednesday of your treatment. However, your card may be charged on the first Wednesday following monthly invoices when services are bundled with Two Rivers for monthly management. An electronic receipt will be sent to you of all debits to your card. If a payment is unable to be processed, service will be put on hold until payment is made, and a $25 fee will be charged to your account. Repeated unsuccessful payments may result in termination of service. We offer prepay discounts to customers that pay for their program upfront.
Scheduling
In a business whose productivity relies upon the weather, scheduling can be difficult at times. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum; however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. We send out text notifications as a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This way, you’ll always be able to have the lawn ready for treatment and bring pets inside with advance notice.
Picking Up Items
Your service will be predictable and reliable. We ask that you please pick up all items on your lawn. This includes dog feces, dog toys, children’s toys, hoses, gardening equipment, etc. Extra charges may apply if our crew is responsible for picking up items in your lawn (this excludes sticks and debris when we are providing a clean-up service). This ensures that our crew can stay efficient and do the best job for you while avoiding damage to your personal items and our equipment.

Courtesy and Safety

Chemicals will be used during your fertilization and weed control treatments. While Forever Green of East Tn, is on location at your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals, away from the work area. Please keep the work area cleared of all children and pets for 12 hours following our service. Please note that Forever Green of East TN, Inc. is fully licensed and insured, carries liability insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage on all Forever Green of East TN employees.

Lawn Inspections

Your Turf will be inspected either before, during or after each application by our service technician. A report card of each inspection will be send via email and saved to your account. If you request additional inspections outside of our regular service schedule, a non-refundable $50 service fee will be charged to your account.

Fungal Disease Treatment

If an area on your lawn is affected by a fungal disease, we will contact you regarding appropriate treatment. Cost of service will be dependent on severity of the issue and the size of your lawn. This treatment is included in our Extreme Package.

Weed Growth Due to Excessive Rain/Watering

Our six-seven applications span the season in approximately 6-8 week intervals. If excessive rain/watering or weather conditions demand an interim application (i.e., causing excessive and/or uncontrollable weed growth), we will contact you regarding appropriate course of action.

Renewal and Price Increase

Because we know life gets busy all our accounts are Auto Renewed every January, if you wish to discontinue services please contract our office via phone or email prior to February 1st. We also reserve the right to Auto Increase all turf care applications to cover product and labor inflation.

A Long-Term Commitment to Quality (and a note about weed control)

Fertilization and weed control is a long-term service. Depending on the health of your lawn before our services begin, it may take a season or more to achieve the results we all want. It’s also important to remember that weed control does not mean weed eradication, and in many cases, certain weeds must germinate and grow a bit before we can effectively treat them. We have developed a very effective six-seven application treatment plan that spans the growing season, but Mother Nature is ultimately in control in the end. If you have any questions or concerns throughout your service season, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Meet The Owner

Scott Morrow is a born and raised Cleveland, TN resident who found his love for the outdoors at an early age. He grew up hunting, and farming with his dad and was found outdoors any chance he had. After working with a local landscaper during high school he quickly developed a passion for lawn and landscaping and knew it was what he wanted to pursue as a career. After high school, he attended Chattanooga State Technical College where he received a certificate in Landscape and Turf Management. After receiving his certificate he started his own business, Two Rivers Lawn and Landscape Management. Over the next 15 years, Scott grew the mowing company to be a full-service landscaping company. Services he provided were mowing, weed eating, mulching, pruning, landscape design, irrigation, and planting. After many years of managing the company, he discovered his desire to learn the science behind keeping grass green and healthy instead of just maintaining it. In 2014 Scott became a licensed pesticide applicator and Forever Green was born! We now focus solely on turf care. Scott’s favorite part of his job is taking a lawn that is unhealthy and full of weeds and turning it into a showstopper with the help of science!
